Our Commitment

Persona 3.0 creates photorealistic AI avatars and synthetic voices. We recognise the potential for misuse and have built safeguards into the platform from day one.

Consent Requirements

• Avatar generation: you must have the right to use any photograph you upload. Generating avatars of real people requires their documented consent.
• Voice cloning: requires a recorded consent statement from the voice owner as part of the cloning process. We store this consent record.
• Public figures: avatars of public figures, celebrities, or politicians require explicit written permission. We reserve the right to reject or remove such content.

Prohibited Uses

• Creating deepfakes for deception, fraud, or manipulation
• Impersonating real individuals without consent
• Generating sexually explicit content using real likenesses
• Political disinformation or election interference
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation via synthetic media
• Circumventing identity verification systems

Content Moderation

• Automated face-matching flags for known protected individuals
• 24-hour takedown SLA for reported violations
• Repeat offenders: permanent account termination
• Cooperation with law enforcement on criminal misuse

Audio Watermarking

All synthetic voice output includes an inaudible digital watermark that identifies the content as AI-generated. This watermark is tamper-resistant and can be verified by detection tools.

Transparency

We encourage all users to disclose when audiences are interacting with an AI avatar. Our embed widget includes visible attribution by default. Removing attribution is only available on paid plans and does not relieve the obligation to disclose AI usage where required by law.

Reporting Misuse

We investigate all reports within 24 hours and take action up to and including account termination and referral to authorities.
